Yoga In The Park

Yoga in the Park is finally here! Every week, I’ll be offering two, all-levels classes in Hull, MA. Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings we will meet at The Dust Bowl at Pemberton Point with the view of the bay in the distance! For more info, click here.

Thursdays and Saturdays at 8 AM

I started practicing yoga about ten years ago. It wasn’t love at first breath, but I was always amazed at how clear headed and calm I felt walking out of the studio. Fast forward a few years, and it really became a passion of mine when I realized how much balance it brought to my fast-paced, stressful, city lifestyle. Now living on the coast of Southern Massachusetts, I can’t wait to share the gifts of this practice with you.

12 PM EDT – Virtual Length & Strength Vinyasa via The Om Institute

6 PM EDT – Live/Virtual Yoga Flow at Quincy Yoga and Massage

 9:15 AM EDT – Vinyasa Flow Level 2/3 at Balance Studio
